SANNI News

 In News, Newsletter

Dear Friends of the SANNI Foundation,

The holidays are fast approaching! It may be too early to start decorating, but it’s certainly not too early to start thinking about gifts. And this year, why not give something really great and help someone who desperately needs our support?

In Myanmar and India – not only at Christmas time – thousands of people are at extreme risk of starving, suffering from preventable diseases and descending further into poverty. SANNI and our dedicated partners are some of the few organisations still operating in Myanmar, offering frontline support to the impoverished. Feel free to read more about this in our previous newsletter.

Good health, an exciting future, a new start in life, feeling supported, being part of something greater than yourself. These are all things we can also give during Christmas. By donating at Christmas, you can make a difference and make the world a little better for those in need.

That’s why we have worked out average costs of key services we support in Myanmar and India, so you can choose one or more of the gift ideas below. The more funds we can raise, the more people we can help save.

105 CHF/100 EUR:  Solar panel for a family in Myanmar
170 CHF/160 EUR:  A grocery package for a family in Myanmar for a whole year
350 CHF/330 EUR: Support of two Indian families with a mushroom cultivation
530 CHF/500 EUR: Leprosy operation for a patient in India
1‘050 CHF/1‘000 EUR: Solar panel for 10 families in Myanmar
5’500 CHF/5’200 EUR: A home for an Indian family

We use 100% of all donations for our projects; any donation sent has an immediate impact on someone’s life. When the donation is made, we can send you a special e-card with details of for you to pass onto your chosen one.

Sincerely,
Susanne Schroff

A new home for a new future in India!

Help change a life

For less than 1CHF/EUR a day, you can sponsor a child in Myanmar and join our mission. A sponsorship – or a one time payment in our children’s fond – provides a child living in poverty with nutritional, educational, household and hygiene support as well as special tuition and vocational training when they’re older. https://sanni-foundation.com/en/projects/saving-children/
